氧化锆氧气含量分析仪ZR22S、ZR402G属于智能环保型气体分析仪，采用分体式安装，分为普通型和高温型。
ZR22S属于氧化锆探头，也称为氧化锆检测器，在我各大型窑炉中应用（产生能源用的锅炉：重油、天然气或煤），不适用于氨、氯腐蚀性气体。
ZR22S、ZR402G Zirconia oxygen analyzer which belongs to inligent environmental protection type gas analyzer, the split installation, is divided into ordinary and high temperature type.
ZR22S belongs to zirconia, also known as zirconia detector, in my major in kiln application （ to generate energy for boiler : crude oil, natural gas or coal ）, do not apply to ammonia, chlorine corrosive gas.
（一）ZR22S氧化锆探头：在温度范围为0-700℃，氧化锆探头为标准探头。在700℃-1100℃为小高温，应选用高温探头。如果温度范围大于1100℃，则采用高温适配器，高温取样探头。
In the temperature range of0-700C, zirconia as the standard probe. In 700- 1100 DEG C high temperature should be used for small, high temperature probe. If the temperature range is larger than 1100 DEG C, then using high temperature adapter, high temperature sampling probe.
ZR22S氧化锆探头规格：
以插入烟道为基准：L=400mm、L=600mm、L=800mm、L=1000mm、L=1200mm、L=1500mm（适合于低温型）
To insert a flue for reference: L =400mm, L =600mm, L =800mm, L =1000mm, L =1200mm, L =1500mm （ suitable for low temperature type ）
（二）ZR402G属于氧化锆分析仪，也称为氧量变送器，我公司采用智能液晶显示表头，可以直接显示氧含量浓度，也可以远传输出4-20mA电流信号，达到远程监测氧含量，显示内容：氧浓（O2%）、氧势（mV）、炉温（℃）、加热电压（V）、 量程上、下限（O2%）、报警上、下限（O2%） 氧量变送器分为壁挂式和盘装。
ZR402G氧量变送器仪表尺寸：壁挂式：325×250×110（智能仪表）；盘装：（160×80×250；152×76×80）
